The more detail you can give on the call, the more accurately we can scope the job and give you a useful price before the visit. It helps to know:

• The type of equipment you have (central AC, furnace, heat pump, mini-split)
• The make and model if you can find it on the unit
• How old the system is, roughly
• What the system is doing or not doing
• Any sounds, smells, or error codes you have noticed
• Whether the problem started suddenly or has been building

You do not need all of this to make the call. Even a basic description of the symptom gives us enough to start the conversation.
